Mindfulness Together Faculty

Susan Kaiser Greenland began a meditation practice when faced with a family health crisis. A corporate lawyer, wife, and mother, mindfulness practice helped her navigate that difficult period in her life and she wondered if her kids would find it helpful too. Now, over sixteen years later, she has left her legal career behind and teaches mindful awareness to children, teens, and families as well as educators, parents, therapists and health care professionals around the world. Her book The Mindful Child will be published by Free Press in May, 2010. Click here to read Susan’s professional bio.
